Georgian cuisine. Perfect as always.

This place is a bit far from the center but it doesn't matter when you are into wonderful Georgian food, cozy interior and friendly staff. We have three favorite restaurants in Kharkov and all of them are Georgian. Georgians care about quality on the first place. Ukrainians - about profit and status. Imerety is a kind of family restaurants. Its good to have a family dinner or dinner with friends there. You know that you will always have perfect food and perfect service. What I call "perfect" is when food is served within minimum time frame and it is hot. When waitress is smiling because she is happy to see and serve you. You can ask about something they don't have in menu and they will serve it even if have to go to a shop and buy it. We remember asking about mayonnaise+garlic sauce in one of Ukrainian restaurants and we got refusal because they didn't have it in menu and didn't know how much to charge us for it :D  The only disadvantage is music..It is live and not very good. Often loud when there are many quests there and you need to ask them to make it more quiet just because it is impossible to talk.

Need to mention about their banya too. It is new and still very good. Costs 150 UAH/hour if you are not more than 6 people. Each additional guest - 25 UAH. You can order food right to banya which we find cool :)
