Not just big - HUGE market

Market Barabashovo (it is also known as “Barabashka” and “Baraban”) is the biggest market of the eastern Ukraine and is 14th biggest market of the world. Crowds of customers stream here from different regions of Ukraine and former soviet republics.

The market is located at “Akademika Barabashova” metro station and occupies territory of 75 hectares. Here you can buy everything you want and at the price you want (for this you need to spend a lot of time in search, because it is often the case that you can buy the same thing at half a price few steps aside). And please, be aware of theft. It flourishes here. Just watch your pockets, bags and other valuable things you have.

It works every day except Mondays from 7 am to 3 pm, on weekends it usually works till 4 pm. Also there is night wholesale trade on Thursdays from 9 pm.
