Security in night clubs

'Nobody goes to that club because its too crowded '

There is no a single club in Kharkov that wouldn't be involved in a scandal around abuse of power by security guys. Those who should save us from all unpleasant situations, drunk fighting, unfairness and other mess, seem to be the main source of all mentioned about situations.  I try to keep up-to-dated about all what people say about local places in white or black lists on kharkovforum.com (the most popular forum in Kharkov, one of the most visited in all over Ukraine) and must admit that what I see there scares me a lot. Now I understand why Kharkov used to be known as the city of bandits.

I don't like to gossip so lets be more precise.

1) Radmir

A girl broke (or didn't break?) an ashtray and ended up locked with security in a room. with no proofs of the guilt security demanded to pay for ashtray (smth like 100 UAH for an ashtray that costs about..15 uah?). The girl left the room (with bruises) and only after that maanged to call the police.

2) Holliday

A girl ordered a cocktail  from the bar and tried to pay the price indicated in the menu. Bartender demanded to pay another price (higher) and called security "to help". Security walked the girl away from the club.  It seems reputation of this club costs less than 15 UAH.

3) Resto Club Ukraine

People ordered a bottle of wine (after 40 minutes of waiting for the menu btw). In 10 minutes waitress brought a bottle which was not the one they ordered. She explained  "we don't have the one you ordered so drink this and pay NOW". Of course, guests decided to leave (the rudeness if the staff is what the most possible will waste your evening) but guardians stopped them and demanded to pay for the bottle they DIDN"T ORDER and DIDN"Y DRINK. Okay, people paid to avoid a scandal (150 UAH) and were waiting for the rest (about 40 UAH). At 3 AM the club was closing, rest wasn't given (waiter told that he didn't receive any money) and security made people leave. Forced them to leave.

rude security didnt let a girl in as she refused to show her private hand bag. rules are rules. but the way rules are followed is what makes night clubs losing clients.
