The place itself is unusual - even if it is crowdy there, you don't notice this because every table is separated from others, waiters don't irritate you as you place your order on the computer (in case you need help you can call a waitress by clicking on the corresponding tab on the monitor: Girls are very nice and smiley. Interior is pleasant and relaxing. Service is excellent, food is tasty, prices are high in comparison with other places in Kharkov BUT food is a way more tasty and healthier. Make sure to try their fresh lemonades! They provide delivery services also: 11am -22 pm, 728-24-78.

Hey! I am afraid, you will have to go there personally and prepay for the table. If you are not a big company and it is a a normal day (without special guests), do not bother with reservation, just come earlier - there surely will be some tables to take.
