Plombiro is a romantic place located in the heart of the city. Their specialty is.. Italian ice-cream. I'd not say its Italian but very tasty indeed. The price of one ball is 15 UAH which is a bit pricey in comparison with average prices on ice-cream. But the quality of the product here is a way better than in any other shop. You can take ice-cream to-go or take a sit here.

Plombiro is not only ice-cream shop. This is a fully functioning italian restaurant. Average prices for meat dishes 50-190 UAH; soups 25-40 UAH; salads 25-70 UAH; deserts 15-50 UAH.

I read a lot of reviews about their cuisine and cannot say people appreciate the food there. I myself tried only deserts and can say that that was the worst tiramisu in my life. But..tastes differ.

They have a great well-trained polite staff so you will not be disappointed by the service. You  might be disappointed by complimentary tips though. And by misleading items in their menu. For example, when we ordered wine they were advertising as "French" and in their booklet indicated price for "a glass", we were surprised to find out from the bill that the price was for 50 ml. I must admit, the wine wasn't good and paying for it 4 times more was such a displeasure.

I'd not go there for a full meal but good coffee, plenty of desserts, good locations and very romantic interior makes Plombiro a very good place for meeting your friends.
