It is rather a soviet canteen than a cafe or fast-food. We do not recommend you to eat there unless you are very hungry and happened to be nearby. There was a nice interior In Kulemet (Pulemet - russian) on Sumskaya while in the both places they have awful service and bad food which is often cold and you need to ask your waitress to warm it all up. But (!) there is hookah :)
